Last summer, something magical happened. (work in progress blog post)

Talk about process and how all endometriosis symptoms disappeared.

I will post the whole smoothie recipe soon, but along with frozen wild blueberries and cilantro, these 3 ingredients are key:

If you don't have access to fresh or frozen WILD blueberries (not conventionally grown blueberries) then you can also use this powder.

If you really don't like the taste of the barley grass or spirulina in your smoothie, then you can use these capsules below instead (as long as you are taking them at the same time, you want to be ingesting all 5 ingredients at the same time)

In his latest book, Anthony actually talks about healing endometriosis and how to heal it naturally, I haven't read it yet but just ordered it and I'm so excited to learn more about how to keep mine at bay and not have to suffer with the symptoms any longer.

These are some of the other supplements I'm adding in for further healing. I'm just starting them and I am excited to report back on how I feel.

I'm excited to get this one to add to my smoothies for more liver detoxification.
