welcome & namaste,

We made it to day 4!!! Are you excited for today's practice? I know I am.... Tiina is guiding one of my favourite restorative yoga postures today... Fallen Tree Pose. Tomorrow is Day 5 and I've prepared a video that dives into a whole variety of tools and resources for Vata Season. I'm so excited to share that.

One major thing I want to make mention of, it to watch for our next immersion which will be a deep dive into restorative yoga during the first New Moon of 2022.  We are both so passionate about the profound benefits of restorative yoga and are excited to share this next deep dive with you.

We also have our deepest dive into Restorative Yoga - Moon To Moon Restorative Yoga Teacher Training... the life-changing shifts that are going on inside of this online training have been nothing short of mind-blowing for Tiina and I and we are so excited to accepting applications the next training in January (more below!)

"There was a wonderful balance of integrated yoga and there was also the space for yourself if you needed it. I didn't feel as though my every action was on an itinerary (which I loved). I loved getting the guest teachers in and having different experiences as well, especially the meditation class."
