I'm so happy you are here this spring. The vernal equinox is my Birthday! March 21st 🙂

This yoga nidra for the spring equinox is a 30 minute guided meditation that brings the energy of spring renewal. I love this time of year, partially because it’s my birthday but also I love the uplifting energy of spring.


I suffer from a little bit of seasonal depression/SAD at the beginning of March each year and it usually sets in by my birthday. I’ve found yoga and Ayurvedic seasonal practices and the wisdom that they bring at this time of year to be the most helpful thing for me.

I’ve compiled some of my favourite uplifting practices from these wisdom traditions and created a little online journey called the Spring Equinox Awakening which you can sign up for ANY TIME this spring, it doesn’t have to be right around the Equinox, these practices can support you right through until June and beyond!

This spring equinox yoga nidra is a yogic sleep guided practice for the vernal equinox. Visualizations of light, the sunrise, seedlings, bird song all help welcome in this spring equinox 2021. It’s a new beginning meditation but also a deep relaxation which you might also know as non sleep deep rest (NSDR).
