Our approach focuses on health for the mind. Meditation & Yoga Nidra develop mental strength, concentration, and control. Creating mental fortitude helps individuals overcome mental obstacles and achieve a state of inner peace and calmness.

Ally Boothroyd

Co-Founder | faculty

Co-Founder of the School of Living Yoga Online Studio, Ally loves having a place to gather and practice together in real time with our global sangha from all across the world! Ally leads Yoga Nidra sessions, Restorative Yoga Sessions, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa and also leads in-depth Workshops on a variety of different topics such as Yoga Nidra quarterly!

Tiina Kivinen

Co-Founder of the School of Living Yoga Online Studio, Tiina feels that it is a dream come true to offer classes to students across the planet from the comfort of their own homes. Tiina leads Yoga Nidra sessions, Restorative Yoga Sessions as well as Moon themed practices and also creates in-depth Workshops quarterly. 

Kristyn Rose

A graduate of several of the School of Living Yoga's YTT programs, Kristyn has become a faculty member in recent years. She's overjoyed to be a part of this online community and leads several classes a week including meditations, Yoga Nidras, yin yoga sessions, vinyasa, and restorative. Kristyn is a skillful guide who beloved by our studio members!
