What is Vata? This ancient Sanskrit term describes the "dosha" that relates to the air element. Vata season can elevate this element within our selves which can lead to feelings of anxiety, nervousness, panic, fear, inconsistency. Feeling overwhelmed. It can cause light, interrupted sleep or insomnia which is one of the main focuses of this particular practice.

There are so many more wonderful grounding, calming and soothing practices to bring our vata back into balance and we are going to go into a deep dive into these tools from the Yoga & Ayurveda traditions over this 5-Day Immersion!

"I liked that there was a theme to each day's classes with a different Chakra explored each day and the element associated with that particular Chakra. It was nice to have both of you teaching classes and also having guest teachers too."
