This Yoga Nidra is meant to sooth your nervous system and allow you to connect to the element of water.
In this 40 Minute Yoga Nidra, I will guide you through a relaxation and visualization for the element of water (jala), the yin energy of chandra (the moon). This is helpful for pitta dosa, and soothe pitta elevation (fire/water element elevation). All yoga nidra is cooling and inflammatory in nature. A gentle ocean wave visualization will calm, sooth and balance pitta, tame fire, anger, irritation and nourish the prana maya kosha (energetic body) and invigorate svadisthana chakra (the sacral/second chakra).
Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that helps with insomnia, anxiety, stress, adrenal fatigue, ptsd and so much more. This scan takes you through the whole body, systematically relaxing every part of your being.

I think I need to listen to this meditation every night before I go off to bed.I have never felt this type of relaxation before. I think I may have been unconscious .I listened to this with headphones on and the sounds of the ocean lured be to a point I may have been asleep. Your voice is as soothing as the sounds of the sea.
Scanning my body from top to bottom is the last thing I remember
