"Everything about this course is life affirming and life shifting! I was hesitant to take an online yoga training however I was not disappointed with the structure and amount of practice and video and live teachings offered. Tiina and Ally can hold space whether live or recorded and offer themselves so compassionately through their lessons and their themes of trauma-informed yoga mixed with nervous system and neuroscience teachings, with lots of self-nurturance seamlessly embedded in all they do. So worth the journey!"

can you relate to the following?

You’re tired of feeling the pressure of society that often tells you that you need to be constantly running, going, pushing and doing more, not taking the much needed time to restore and reboot.

You feel a constant nagging feeling that you “should” be completing tasks, getting things done, checking things off your to-do list when you know that getting sufficient rest is vital to health and longevity.

You feel like your always on the move and rushing around, but not necessarily making a lot of progress or feeling fulfilled

You know in your heart that continuing to keep up with this pace will eventually lead to burn out, exhaustion, or even illness if you don't make a change.

You’re craving a more sustainable and natural way of moving through your days.

You’re ready to learn more about the most efficient ways to calm and restore the central nervous system through yogic and lunar wisdom.

You’re not alone. We live in a culture that turns us away from our bodies and away from actively listening to our intuition and understanding our needs. But we ignore those needs at the expense of our well-being.

Can you imagine… when you align with the natural world by bringing practices like Restorative Yoga into your life, you gain the skill of looking inward to see what you really need, to see what's nurturing your body and your mind, so that you can act from a place of fullness, rather than a place of feeling exhausted. Furthermore, you begin to align with the lunar cycles and become more intentional in how you move through life within these flowing rhythms and how you engage with everything you do and the result is that everything's not so rushed.

Nature never rushes, yet everything of importance always gets accomplished.

I want to encourage you to join our restorative yoga immersion...

A journey where you will begin to really focus on who you are and who you're becoming, which is deeply connected to taking care of yourself, mothering yourself, and learning: what do I really need to thrive?

"As a retired elementary school principal, I must comment on the top-rate pedagogy of this training: a fantastic, comprehensive, and well-organized manual, the pairing of sharing partners, pics and recordings of each posture, live demonstrations of postures, positive comments ONLY by peers (brilliant), self-mentorship, checklists, logs, repetition, openness to suggestions i.e. brainstorming, guidance and modeling "walk the talk", how you slowly increased the length of time for each teach and an exit interview. The best!"

"This RYTT was designed with the upmost skill and care. I loved learning more about the practice of restorative yoga and enjoyed how the rich lessons were shared in various modalities. The live classes and gatherings on zoom created a strong sense of community and support, and I felt so deeply nourished by steeping myself in the practice with these mentors and this sangha. I feel what really set this online RYTT apart, is the teachings of the Moon and all of it wisdom it shares with us through each and every phase. The invitations to move and live intentionally, and to soften around whatever is expanding or fading away, have really infused my day-to-day with a greater trust in the intelligence of my being and this life"
