Each year, so many of you reach out to me to confess how your feeling bogged down, stressed out, cooped up, susceptible to colds/flus, even somewhat heavy or depressed you feel during this time of year and ask me for resources and ways to stay uplifted, inspired, healthy & energized through the end of winter season and beginning of spring.
I've made this Kapha-Balancing video to give you some ideas of how to help with this. It's actually commonly due to a Kapha imbalance as this constitution of Earth & Water becomes much more predominant at this time of year.
I LOVE helping people breath easier, rest more soundly and feel grounded, calm, easeful, healthy and energized in this chaotic world.
I truly believe it's my life's calling!
