Wecome & Namaste,

I'm so glad you're here joining me for another Yoga Nidra meditation. Gosh I just love this practice like I love life itself. As usual, you can scroll down to find the recording and hit play, and you can find the comments section all the way at the bottom of this post!

This 24 minute yoga nidra has gentle rain sounds and wildlife to help your deep relaxation through this effortless guided meditation called yogic sleep.

We all know how much I love a "quick" and efficient nidra and I believe this one delivers. If you're new to the meditation technique called yoga nidra, it's an effortless practice in which you lay down and listen and a deep relaxation arises from the guidance. This meditation is designed to untangle and reduce stress and anxiety and calm the nerves over time.

This yoga nidra body scan aids to calm stress and anxiety.

This particular nidra meditation has a long, in-depth body scan or “rotation of consciousness” which is one of the most beneficial techniques for the nervous system. I hope that you practice with me today to calm your nervous system and to activate your "rest & digest" or parasympathetic response in your marvellous  body.

Hey, did you know that I lead Online Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainings? It's the best thing that has ever happened to me!

Here's this week's Nidra recording (download it below!)

Thank you for practicing with me, and I hope to hear from you in the comments below! 🙂

PATHWAYS TO SERENITY WITH GLENDA

I began taking this training with little previous knowledge or experience of Yoga Nidra. But... I knew Ally and am a certified meditation teacher, qigong instructor and empowerment coach. I had an innate feeling that Yoga Nidra would be helpful for those I serve, so with confidence in Ally I jumped in. I was so right! The breadth and wealth of knowledge and teaching has exceeded my expectations. Aside from my own personal growth, this will indeed help me to be a better teacher and guide.

I'd be so honoured if you'd share this free yoga nidra meditation out with your friends, pin it to your Yoga Board on Pinterest, share it on Facebook, email the link to this blog post to a friend! You will helping my mission to make a peaceful impact on this planet, one person and one practice at a time 🙂

Thank you for sharing and supporting me in my heartfelt mission.
