Welcome & Namaste,
This one was created by popular request. A 10 minute grounding yoga nidra helps calm stress and anxiety. It’s a short, effective yogic sleep practice with natural forest sounds and birdsong to create even deeper relaxation and states of innate healing through slowing down the brainwaves and activating the parasympathetic response.
This meditation uses a breath studied by Dr. Andrew Huberman and his Huberman Lab called:
the physiological sigh.
Please help me share this Yoga Nidra by Pinning to your Yoga Board, sharing on Facebook or Emailing to a friend!
This guided yoga nidra starts with a breathing technique taught by Dr. Andrew Huberman from Huberman Labs. His research from Stanford shows that this particular breathing technique calms the nervous system and is the quickest way to activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response.
This 10 minute grounding yoga nidra with birdsong aids in deep relaxation through the effortless guided meditation of nidra (sleep). When listening to the forest sounds, let yourself relax and be guided into a deep state of effortless meditation. I created this meditation to untangle and reduce stress and anxiety and calm the nerves over time, please come back to it regularly for the culminative effects!

"Ally and Tiina have created an in-depth Yoga Nidra course, their knowledge, skill, enthusiasm and dedication to their craft, and to their students was clear throughout the course. The confidence they inspire in their students, not only through the knowledge they impart, but through praise, kindness and understanding, ensures each student has the tools to take this unique practice out into their communities. An amazing experience, both personally and professionally, I'm excited and proud to take everything from this course forward into my life and yoga career."
