This gentle yoga sequence is done from a seated position.
Choose a position that is comfortable for you, you may like to sit in a chair. We will explore the seven movements of the spine and the breath.
Stay true to what feels right for your body. Your body is your greatest teacher. Listen, breath, relax and feel.
