Our community here in my hometown of Bobcaygeon is hurting right now.

We've been devastated by the spread of COVID-19. Especially to those living and working inside of Pinecrest Nursing home and their loved ones.

A few members in the community asked me to lead a guided prayer/meditation and this is of course the least I could do.

I ask that you join from near and far in solidarity for Bobcaygeon, to show Pinecrest they are not alone. You can practice this meditative prayer at any time, as many times as you feel called to contribute your attention and energy.

If you feel called to join us collectively from the safter of your home, we've been praying at 7:30pm & 8:00pm each night.

So, we come together to pray for Pinecrest. To pray for our community. Take a deep breathe, light a candle, focus your energy, send white light, join hands around the dinner table, pray.

Pray for the people who work in our local health care, who work at Pinecrest, who live at Pinecrest and the people who love them.

Take a moment of quiet to come together collectively.

Together, let's support the people who care for others, who work in places where the our most vulnerable are struggling and fighting this aggressive virus.

If you feel called to share your ritual or prayer or hearts:

You can share online #bobcaygeonstrong
