I'm so excited to share this quick little practice with you. This is a 20 minute yoga nidra guided meditation to relax your whole nervous system. Think of it like your brain is a computer with several dozen programs and windows open, and we're just going to slowly close each window, and quit each program, and then restart the computer all together. Coming out with a clean slate, it's like hygiene for your nervous system.
As always I will guide you through a body scan to calm the nervous system that is perfect for a reboot and also for stress management.
