This guided meditation is meant to uplift and invite inspiring energy into your body & mind.

Often times, people reach out to me during this time of year because they are feeling "bogged down" or have the "winter blues" or are experiencing S.A.D. symptoms or a bit of depression. This is actually a fairly common occurrence as it is in this season that the "Kapha" energy begins to take over in the natural world.

There are many Ayurvedic, meditation and yoga practices that support this. One thing we explore in this guided experience is the element of air, lightness, the natural growth that comes with springtime. This is one simple form of balancing out some of those more "heavy" or "Kapha" symptoms that can arise in the late winter/early spring, whilst we wait for the warmth to make its return.

I hope you enjoy this guided experience, please leave me a comment below and let me know how you feel!

I also mentioned in the video if you would like to join my spring free guided meditation challenge (or just my next meditation challenge depending when you find this video) then you can click the link below.
