welcome & namaste,

This 55 minute yoga nidra guided visualization takes you on a guided journey to connect deeply with your soul, atman, the intelligence of life that flows through you. It’s a anandamaya kosha yoga nidra which is one of 5 koshas that we move through in yogic sleep. When exploring the panchakosha layers, a deep relaxation arises from connecting to the wisdom body. This visualization is a healing journey, of white light, golden light with koshi chimes sound healing. This guided imagery of the river, current of your soul journey is lead by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga.

This Anandamaya Kosha Yoga Nidra takes you on a journey of golden points of light through your physical body into a state of deep regenerative relaxation through rotation of consciousness. This guided meditation with healing koshi chimes with a gentle female voice to take you to a place of total peace, presence and regeneration. This yogic sleep practice increases your connection to the flow of life, to your soul’s energy over time and repetition through the process of visualization and journey. “This course was very well executed. Ally and Tiina did such great job of planning, remaining prepared and answering questions quickly. I'm so looking forward to see some of the worksheets you’re creating and to follow you both wherever your work may lead you. Thank you for guiding us so skillfully and so safely through this Yoga Nidra Training”
