This 40 minute yoga nidra guided visualization takes you on a guided journey to connect deeply with your sankalpa. It’s a vijnanamaya kosha yoga nidra which is one of 5 koshas that we move through in yogic sleep. When exploring the panchakosha layers, a deep relaxation arises from connecting to the wisdom body, This visualization is a healing journey, of white light, golden light with voice only. This guided imagery and journey is lead by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga.
This Vijnanamaya Kosha Yoga Nidra takes you on a journey of golden points of light through your physical body into a state of deep regenerative relaxation through rotation of consciousness. This guided meditation with no music, voice only with a gentle female voice to take you to a place of total peace, presence and regeneration. This yogic sleep practice increases intuition and imagination over time and repetition through the process of visualization and journey. Lead my myself (Ally Boothroyd) this meditation is designed to untangle and reduce stress and anxiety and calm the nerves over time.
