It’s a breath and prana yoga nidra which dives into sensing the nadis, meridians, chakras, prana vayus, pranamaya kosha, the energetic field around the body, the electromagnetic field of the heart. It’s a guided meditation for energy which dives into the energetic body of the 5 maya koshas. It’s a full length chakra yoga nidra which will take you on a journey of sensing prana, life force, shakti, perhaps kundalini energy. As you sense your energy body or energetic layer the practice will also gently rewire the anxious brain and reprogram your mind effortlessly.
