In this 5 minute morning meditation, take the time to connect to your sankalpa, your breath, and anchor your intention for the day. When you connect to your heartfelt desire (sankalpa) imagine anchoring it down into the earth. This is a great meditation to do each day to set your day intentionally towards your true north: the direction you want to go in this life. It’s a 5 minute guided meditation with a short body scan for resetting the nervous system. This is a perfect way to start the day off right and for stress management.

Moon to moon ytt graduate

I was a bit reluctant to take this training since I was doing something similar, but I have to say I am so glad I jumped in. I had a feeling that this was going to be more in-depth and more experiential and it definitely has been. My expectations for learning have been far exceeded. There is so much extremely relevant information and it is so well presented and sequenced in a very thoughtful way.
