This yoga nidra meditation is similar to hypnobirth and is for the first stage of labor (the upstage of labor). It’s a guided birth meditation using a combination of yogic sleep and hypnobirthing techniques along with some of the tools I used to have a calm birth. It includes some birth affirmations (sankalpa) and labour breathing & contraction breathing. It’s a yoga nidra to cultivate trust and have a positive birth and is great for natural childbirth.
