"Most of all I appreciated the way Ally and Tiina structured our time at the retreat. Every day felt like a new experience, though each day was anchored by early morning yoga -- yes, 6:30 am -- and afternoon restorative yoga. I loved doing yoga on the beach, loved the walk to the beach and walking along the beach. The food by Tao, the specially chosen chef, was wonderful. I enjoyed the nights we went to different local restaurants in Nosara."
