THANK YOU! I'm so grateful for the overwhelming response and participation in this meditation challenge. I am honoured to be your guide in learning together in this community and I have some quick tips to set you up for success.

The main one is: Practice FIRST THING in the morning if you can. You will need 25-30 minutes for each session so please plan accordingly. How can you help yourself be accountable? What time are you committing to each day? Put it in your calendar! Maybe you can get up a few minutes earlier to make this happen, maybe you can cut time from social media or emails first thing in the morning and allow those things to wait until later in the day. Cultivating YOUR OWN ENERGY before moving out into the external world can be so life changing.

To get the most out of this challenge, I recommend practicing as soon as you wake up.

Next thing: If things don't go exactly as you planned. Don't GIVE UP! If you miss a morning, do it later that day, or catch up the next day. No Big Deal. If you can do ten days in a row. WONDERFUL. But if life happens and it doesn't go "perfectly" - don't sabotage yourself by giving up all together.

Lastly: Integrate/Reflect after each practice. Take a moment to absorb any goodness you create in your body, mind, energy, heart.... Take a moment to connect with myself and the community in the comments below!!! You can start right now by letting us know WHEN your going to practice each day and how you've made yourself accountable (ex- it's on my calendar each day, I set an alarm, etc)

So excited to start this ten day journey tomorrow! Thank you for joining me!

Know someone who could benefit from the challenge?

SHARE IT WITH THEM!

I've created these beautiful images for you to share about your meditation challenge on social media if you feel called to. Please feel free to save and reshape any of these images throughout the course of this challenge 🙂
