I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Ally and I love sharing all of the tools that helped me heal and recover from anxiety, panic attacks, depression and insomnia. 

One of my greatest allies has been "Yoga Nidra" an effortless form of meditation sometimes known as "Sleep Yoga" which has helped me exponentially on my healing journey.

Perhaps you've found your way here because someone in your life mentioned my free meditations. Or maybe you attended a retreat with me or found my yoga nidras on Youtube. How ever you found your way here, I’m honoured to share these resources and to walk on this path with you towards healing, thriving and awakening your full potential.

Everything you’ll find here is based in the either in the ancient science of yoga, the intelligence of ayurveda OR the modern sciences of neurology and psychology. I love learning and sharing evidence-based research, practical psychological skills and also the guided practices that develop the skills of ancient wisdom traditions.

I’ve had the privilege completely re-wiring my nervous system, transforming my life and then witnessing my students also change the inner workings of their mind in profound ways. As a community we're developing personal resources like gratitude, ease, clear-mindedness, joy, contentment and a deep sense of well-being. Whether you have sleep problems, anxious thoughts, irritability, mental health struggles, .... these skills can help transform your life.

Reflection on winter solstice restoration

I had a very quiet Christmas day so much so that I can actually say I felt peaceful. That night was the best nights sleep in so long. Between taking a much needed break and also practicing the daily activities I can feel my body beginning to reset itself.
