Welcome Mama,
I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Ally and I love sharing all of the tools that supported me through my pregnancies, births and postpartum.

I experienced insomnia is both my 1st and 3rd trimesters and  "Yoga Nidra" (an effortless form of sleep meditation) sometimes known as "Sleep Yoga" helped me greatly in getting the rest I needed throughout those times.

Perhaps you've found your way here because someone in your life mentioned my free meditations. Or maybe you attended a retreat with me or found my yoga nidras on Youtube. How ever you found your way here, I’m honoured to share these Ayurvedic & Yogic resources for thriving through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Reflection on winter solstice restoration

I had a very quiet Christmas day so much so that I can actually say I felt peaceful. That night was the best nights sleep in so long. Between taking a much needed break and also practicing the daily activities I can feel my body beginning to reset itself.

Thank you for this Ally! I am so grateful!
